Design Studio 1 / Portfolio

Architectural Design Studio 1 is structured as an introduction to architectural design. It introduces us as students to design as a way of thinking, creating, and making through a series of short projects. These projects stress critical and creative thinking and invention, interdisciplinary collaboration, observation and perception, communication and visualization. Using sketching, photography, and model making, we pursue open-ended investigations of form, space, and materials.
